Omg. This was delicious! And the "mock egg salad" wasn't even on the right texture or had all the ingredients...

Those are spinach leaves with the pate inside. The pate was made mainly of soaked cashews, garlic, lemon and avocado. Cherry tomatoes on top.... So good!
