Death Penalty In Delaware Via Mind Control Weapons The state of Delaware allowing the activation of their system of torture which has invasive capabilities that they do not want revealed illustrates that there are no boundaries to restrict or limit what they will do and have been doing to achieve their goals.
This system was not only used to deprive Tom Capano of a fair trial but has been used to terminate the lives of others including Jermaine Wilson, Ardonas Gilbert and Demetrius Caldwell to name a few of the more recent murders.
In the case of Jermaine Wilson he was suppose to have been released but instead was transferred to a higher security facility and murdered.
If the system for processing inmates had been automated as then prison commissioner Stan Taylor had said when Jermaine's name was keyed into the computer a photo as well as all of his information would have appeared on the monitor and officials would have known that they were detaining the wrong person.
But instead they intentionally lied to his family when they came to pick him up knowing full well that they had made a mistake in illegally detaining him as they were. This mistake enabled the guard who had a gripe with him to get revenge and avoid prosecution because I have been told myself that inside of the prison is their world (guards) and that they control what happens.

At 17, Jermaine Lamar Wilson pleaded guilty to robbery. He had been in custody since December 2002 and was moved to Gander Hill when he turned 18. His mother said her son showed absolutely no sign he was contemplating suicide.
"He was happy," Suzie Wilson said. "He called three times a day. He was never depressed. He was happy he was getting out. Who wouldn't be?"
He sent a letter home eight days before his death.
"Halleulah!! I'm finally coming home mom, and to stay," Jermaine Wilson wrote. "God is good. I was praying last night and I know you was praying for me too, and it all worked out."
When Suzie Wilson was told her son was sent to Delaware's maximum security prison instead of being released from Gander Hill, she and her sister drove to Smyrna to find out why. Guards there told them there was no release paperwork for Jermaine. She was told to go to dinner and return. Maybe they'd have something for her then.
"Something very strange was going on," said Jermaine's aunt Laretta. "When we questioned the staff, they were all nervous."
On Feb. 17 of this year, she and Jermaine's mother waited at the prison until 9 p.m., when they returned home angry and frustrated.
Early the next morning, at around 2 a.m., Suzie Wilson got a call from Smyrna's deputy warden.
"Ma'am, Jermaine is no longer with us. Jermaine appears to have hung himself. We found him dead a little after 12," she recalls being told by the deputy warden.
Wilson's attorney, public defender Brian Bartley, didn't know what happened to his client until he received a frantic call from Wilson's mother.
Bartley researched the case and discovered there were two Jermaine Wilsons with different dates of birth. According to court documents, the other Jermaine Wilson has been arrested 27 times, most recently for cocaine trafficking. He pleaded guilty to the charges and is serving a three-year prison sentence.
"This was a tragedy of errors," Bartley said.
Wilson's mom insists the cause of her son's death is being covered up.
"We have not heard anything from the DOC," Suzie Wilson said. "Not a letter. Not a boo."

What occurred to Jermaine Wilson would not have happened if the more than $13,000,000 that was given to Stan Taylor and the DOC had been spent as designated.
Why won't the legislature look into the monies allocated to automate the processing procedure? I just read where they are going to investigate Deldot concerning the waste of several million dollars for the Indian River bridge project. Are they fearful of what will be revealed if they look into the money that the DOC received?
Ardonas Gilbert was a young man who spent just a few days at MPCJF (Gander Hill Prison) but it was long enough for the perps to take notice and end his life prematurely.
He entered the system under the influence of a hallucinogenic which caused him to not have total control of his normal thought processes.
While in MPCJF his hair which he was fond of and wore in long cornrows were shaved off which as his family knew was a departure from his normal behavior.
His brief stay would not have allowed him to be moved from Booking and Receiving so the only means in which he could have gotten his head shaved would have been through the use of disposable razors. What could have motivated this man to use razors to shave his hair?
I know a man who was advised to cut his hair off in order to alleviate the stings that he was receiving on his head which were quite painful. This man did as he was told but later discovered that it was a lie and that the removal of his hair did not stop the stings. (He was told to do so via voice to skull transmissions by a disembodied voice).
Anyone with a working knowledge of this technology knows that the perps create situations and then record the reactions of people. They monitor your emotions record them and can cause you to feel the same exact emotions at a later time.
In the case of Ardonas I feel that they released him as they did intending to manipulate his mind by giving him the sensation of being under the hallucinogenics again which softened him mentally making him more susceptible to their urgings and inducements.
Any normal and rationally thinking person would not have disrobed and jumped into the Brandywine River in the winter to take a swim. But on the other hand if he was feeling the same identical effects caused by being under the influence of the hallucinogenics and being urged by what he might have perceived as being his own thoughts then anything is possible.
I know a young man who when I spoke to his family they told me that it was as if he went crazy all of a sudden and would not listen to anything that they said. They told me that it was as if the devil just took over this mans body and as suddenly as he went off he came back to himself.
He was being manipulated by the system that the state of Delaware allowed the DOC to activate and use without any oversight whatsoever giving them a freehand to do what they please whenever they please to whomever they please.
Demetrius Caldwell was found dead and the medical examiner could not (would not) release a cause.
His family had been alerted that there were some guards who had it in for him and with the guards having this technology at hand it was only a matter of time once they got him isolated.

A few years ago Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced in the American Congress a bill, obliging the American president to get engaged in the negotiations aimed at the ban of space based weapons. In this bill the definition of a weapon system includes: any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populationsor the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations". As in all legislative acts quoted in this article of the bill counts with sound, light or electromagnetic stimulation of human brain. Psychotronic weapons remain, at least for a layman uninformed of secret military research, in the sphere of science fiction, since so far none of the published scientific experiments was presented in the way which would allow for its replication.
That it is feasible to manipulate human behavior with the use of subliminal, either sound or visual, messages is now generally known. This is why in most of the countries the use of such technologies, without consent of the user, is banned. Devices using light for the stimulation of the brain show another way how the light flashing in certain frequencies could be used for the manipulation of human psychic life. As for the sound, a report on the device transmitting a beam of sound waves, which can hear only persons at whom the beam of sound waves is targeted, appeared last year in the world newspapers. The beam is formed by a combination of sound and ultrasound waves which causes that a person targeted by this beam hears the sound inside of his head. Such a perception could easily convince the human being that it is mentally ill. The acts presented in this article suggest that with the development of technology and knowledge of the functioning of human brain new ways of manipulation of human mind keep emerging. One of them seems to be the electromagnetic energy.
