OPERATION PAPERCLIP
After WWII ended in 1945, victorious Russian and American intelligence teams began a treasure hunt throughout occupied Germany for military and scientific booty. They were looking for things like new rocket and aircraft designs, medicines, and electronics. But they were also hunting down the most precious "spoils" of all: the scientists whose work had nearly won the war for Germany. The engineers and intelligence officers of the Nazi War Machine.

The U.S. Military rounded up Nazi scientists and brought them to America. It had originally intended merely to debrief them and send them back to Germany. But when it realized the extent of the scientists knowledge and expertise, the War Department decided it would be a waste to send the scientists home. Following the discovery of flying discs (foo fighters), particle/laser beam weaponry in German military bases, the War Department decided that NASA and the CIA must control this technology, and the Nazi engineers that had worked on this technology.

There was only one problem: it was illegal. U.S. law explicitly prohibited Nazi officials from immigrating to America--and as many as three-quarters of the scientists in question had been committed Nazis.

Convinced that German scientists could help America's postwar efforts, President Harry Truman agreed in September 1946 to authorize "Project Paperclip," a program to bring selected German scientists to work on America's behalf during the "Cold War"

However, Truman expressly excluded anyone found "to have been a member of the Nazi party and more than a nominal participant in its activities, or an active supporter of Naziism or militarism."

The War Department's Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (JIOA) conducted background investigations of the scientists. In February 1947, JIOA Director Bosquet Wev submitted the first set of scientists' dossiers to the State and Justice Departments for review.

The Dossiers were damning. Samauel Klaus, the State Departments representative on the JIOA board, claimed that all the scientists in this first batch were "ardent Nazis." Their visa requests were denied.

Wev was furious. He wrote a memo warning that "the best intrests of the United States have been subjugated to the efforts expended in 'beating a dead Nazi horse.'" He also declared that the return of these scientists to Germany, where they could be exploited by America's enemies, presented a "far greater security threat to this country than any former Nazi affiliations which they may have had or even any Nazi sympathies that they may still have."

When the JIOA formed to investigate the backgrounds and form dossiers on the Nazis, the Nazi Intelligence leader Reinhard Gehlen met with the CIA director Allen Dulles. Dulles and Gehlen hit it off immediatly. Gehlen was a master spy for the Nazis and had infilitrated Russia with his vast Nazi Intelligence network. Dulles promised Gehlen that his Intelligence unit was safe in the CIA.

Apparently, Wev decided to sidestep the problem. Dulles had the scientists dossier's re-written to eliminate incriminating evidence. As promised, Allen Dulles delivered the Nazi Intelligence unit to the CIA, which later opened many umbrella projects stemming from Nazi mad research. Military Intelligence "cleansed" the files of Nazi refrences. By 1955, more than 760 German scientists had been granted citizenship in the U.S. and given prominent positions in the American scientific community. Many had been longtime members of the Nazi party and the Gestapo, had conducted experiments on humans at concentration camps, had used slave labor, and had comitted other war crimes. ...

One of the deceptive tactics employed in psychological warfare and directed energy weapons torture is disguising their true source. If the persecutors sense that you have a particular sensitivity or hatred towards a certain group or organization, they will make it appear as if your woes are coming from that source. It is a way of targeting your emotional weaknesses. For example, if you have a particular disregard for a certain ethnicity, be assured that persons of that ethnicity will be used prominently in the attacks against you. It reinforces the deceptions you are subject to. As a result, you, the victim, now become a source of deceptive propaganda when you speak out.

Having said that, I am solidly convinced that covert government agencies are the final source of these harassment programs. Who are the intended customers for these weapons systems and methodologies?

Who has a long history of involuntary testing of developing weapons systems on citizens?

The weapons are being developed by military contractors with the intent to employ them in military/law enforcement applications by military, covert Federal, and local law enforcement  agencies. Government agencies (the intended customers) have a well documented history over the last century of freely testing developing weapons involuntarily and covertly on civilian populations. They, and only they have the national infrastructure to conduct nationally coordinated programs using methods and technologies with a clear history in military and covert psychological operations.

I again state that the efforts (either willful or by by being misinformed) to draw attention away from the clear source of these abuses is also a ploy of the same agencies developing these weapons systems. It is a classic example of so-called "black" propaganda, another classic military weapons system. What I am saying is that this is where the reliable, verifiable evidence points to. A clearheaded examination of the facts gathered from reputable and verifiable news and research sources leads me to this obvious conclusion.

Having said the above, TIClewis, please let me also add that I deeply sympathize with your plight. Being victimized in this way is a horrific experience.

In my writings, I have tried to focus on the evidence provided by reliable, verifiable public sources of information. In many cases, I have collected information issued by government sources themselves. I strictly avoid repeating the groundless and sensational opinions that float about in the so-called "mind-control" websites that confuse and mislead. Like you, I simply want the truth.

Transparency and openness... Openness and transparency...  The American people have a right to know the truth.  There is no room in our society for those in power to "experiment" on American citizens (or anyone) without first obtaining consent.  Many are abusing their power and these abuses need to stop.

The law firm of Hogan & Hartson LLP (Wash., DC location) and a private equity attorney named Christopher J. Hagan (formerly with Hogan & Hartson but has moved on to the law firm of Goodwin Procter LLP (Wash., DC location)) participate in the operation of an organized stalking group that uses different technologies of remote targeting.  They are the reason that I experienced past workplace mobbing, mail tampering and privacy invasions, and am "captured" currently experiencing organized gang stalking, stinging sensations, pulsing sensations, pains to different areas of my head, scary involuntary body manipulations, an electrocution-like sensation to the soles of my feet, a phenomenon where I experience a guttural sound and sensation emanating from within my throat yet I "hear" it in my head, torso and leg trembling and tingling, a frigid coldness that targets different areas of my body, and upon laying down to rest an "energy feeling" that hits my body, then feels like it's going through my body and makes me feel like I'm floating.  I was selected for targeting simply because I refused to work for an attorney (who had risen to the ranks in Hogan & Hartson's executive committee) who tried to pin a lie on me and the lie was found out.  Based on my experience I can describe, step-by-step, what happens to you when you work for a large law firm and how it starts at your job, what happens when you go from law firm to law firm on interviews when you've been let go from that job (this crime is networked), how it follows you to your home, how it progresses from privacy invasion (e.g., mail tampering, etc.) to organized stalking to directed energy weapons and all its symptoms.  Experiences with the stalkers are meant to cast blame on my neighbors and, sadly, some family members who have been "encouraged" to participate in the targeting.  However, my focus will never veer from Hogan & Hartson LLP and Christopher J. Hagan; these are the true criminals.  And in some way these individuals are profiting from my targeting, else they would not be doing it.  How sad it is that appeals to Congress and the media (even alternative media) are met with silence.  Yes, how very sad it is what this technology means for mankind as a whole,  each and every person: the development of a new type of slavery.  The targeting to my body is so precise and pinpointed that I feel sometimes hopeless, yet, however long I live, I vow to let the world know what the lawfirm of Hogan & Hartson LLP in Washington, DC and private equity attorney Christopher J. Because one may not know where their targeting comes from, does not mean anyone else who is targeted does not.

At this point I do not focus on where certain technologies emanate and the idea that the U.S. government sanctions covert targeting of its citizens, or even whether possibly these targeting technologies have been usurped and most likely distributed among private employers to "punish" employees.  I do not speak definitively and conclusively of what I can only guess about in these cases, and certainly do not diminish others' accounts or beliefs concerning their targeting.  However, I can speak conclusively and definitively about my own experiences working at these law firms with this attorney, and unless an individual is omniscient and omnipresent that individual cannot speak concerning another's first-hand experiences.

The 1st paragraph language that follows my 4/15/09 comment only serves to refute and cast doubt on what I saw with my own eyes and experienced first-hand, while at the same time shifting attention away from criminals who live as decent, upstanding citizens.
