PHILIPPINES:
As seen on the local news TV PATROL WORLD, reports exposed the growing numbers of diabetic patients. Many suffer from the said disease and lost their legs being amputated.
Doctors and Nutitionist advised to understand and practice the ff:
1. Proper diet and nutition : Veggies and fruits which are rich in fiber
2. Regular excercise : at least daily to lessen unnecessary cholesterol/fats
3. Observe to eat lesser cholesterol and sweeteners..( avoid eating artificial sweets with high carbohydrates)
Statistics shows that most cases of diabetic patients are Japanese, Chinese, Americans due to their food culture and habit...

Thank you for that Paschen, its really alarming. As shown on the local news, many diabetic patients were being amputated..sad story
