Some of the various things I have in my office to maintain my health especially during the winter.

In New England, the winter is especially dry so additional water is a necessity. And that also means hand lotion for my dry and itchy hands, saline spray for my nose and tissues for cold and sniffles.

The hand sanitizer is a recent addition. I use it if I think I've been in contact with someone who's sneezing or coughing a lot. With diabetes, I think I've a bigger chance of catching something and it's also a lot harder to treat.

There is no cure for type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
