A Diet Built for Proper Blood Pressure
The “DASH” (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet was specially created by U.S. health officials in an effort to specifically tackle hypertension. Low in fat and calorie-restricted, the DASH diet has been proven to lower one’s blood pressure levels in just two weeks by eating certain foods. It is recommended by the American Heart Association, the U.S. National Institutes of Health and annual nutrition guidelines. Studies have proven that it is an excellent step toward improving circulatory health.
