So tonight I made dinner. I had two small chicken thighs marinaded with yoshidas and I removed the skin (THE BEST PART!). Then I steamed some green beans and used a little butter with foxpoint seasoning from Penzeys to season them. Then I made rice a roni which is actually not good. It is mushy and eh. I think I had about 2/3 of a serving. The rest in the fridge....not sure if that will get eaten.
But it was good and filling and now I am enjoying a cold beer during the ncaa games. Delicious!
