Death toll of Children due to malnutrition is constantly rising in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. Every month hundreds of children die being deprived of food. You may call it Malnutrition but for the state government its a "Disease called Death". The Women and Children Welfare dept. says that these deaths are due to a disease not malnutrition. But the Health dept. doesn't believe so. So, who must be believed ?
