Do You Really Need to Plan Your Meals in Advance?
The results are in: planning your meals in advance really does pay off. But not enough of us are doing it. Only 37% of our neighbors to the north plan their meals in advance, according to a recent survey of 2,000 people conducted by the Dieticians of Canada. People who don’t plan meals in advance are more likely not to make healthy food choices once they’re out grocery shopping and more likely to snack on unhealthy food—it’s something that 63% of Canadians struggle with, reported the survey. And, of course, Americans face the exact same issue.
