Excited Delirium (Cocaine use)  That man named Toby, that died from excited delirium because of his cocaine use most likely would still be alive if he had proper nutrition. Cocaine uses up the body's nutrition and if there is not the proper nutrients present, his body, his tissue and body will break down the tissues and other nutrient to meet the needs. His brain, a very complex organ needs proper chemical to function. The delirium most likely resulted from his brain breaking down to meet the needs to function properly. A few trace elements and other nutrients were not present, resulting in his demise. One can ask, why do cocaine? Like any other recreational vice, it is desired to be done. It has been done for thousands of years without any real problems until prohibition decided to ram prohibition down the throats all Americans. God is not impressed.  The lack of detailed education and the over whiling prejudice resulted in this young mans demise. Harm reduction would have provided a safe and proper dose in a prejudice free environment. As a doctor, your goal is to find the balance between our needs and vices (both physical and perceived) and health. My name is Russell Sanders. I live in the Dallas, Texas area.

The show that you did about a 25 year old young man named Michael was known for having seizures but didn't take medication for it due to not having insurance.  The night before he had been at a party but you were not able to see alcohol in his system and were not able to find cocaine as well. You determine that a bad heart as well as being epileptic had caused his death.

There was a part of the show that you stated that usually people do not die from a seizures unless there was things like swimming and drowning or driving and having a car accident causing death.

My question is.......I had a aunt that passed away in 95. She was epileptic and had seizures. She was on medication but the only thing that has been said about the cause of death was that she had a seizure and passed away. How would I go about finding out the truth about her death? I am having a hard time believing that she passed away because of this seizure. Could I maybe supply you with a medical death certificate or maybe you could get the necessary information and try to determine cause of death? This is actually under the table and no one in my family knows that I am writing this unless you feel that you can state that she could not have died from a seizure unless there was another cause. I really need some type of closure on her death. I was very close to her and need to know. If this does not make sense feel free to contact me directly at my email that was provided.

Hello Dr. G. I am going to be 17 and I believe I have found my calling in life. To be honest, I had no clue that you had a show like this until recent. I would absolutely LOVE to be a medical examiner. Not because I saw your show and thought it was cool, it is because God put me on this earth with one mind set: If I were to drop dead today, no one has a clue why, an autopsy could be performed to find something that could save my mother, father or my baby sister. And that is how I really do think.

You are an inspiration to me, and I would love to meet you one day. It takes certain people to be able to help the deceased's family know why. Thank you for being my inspiration. Keep doing what you do, even though it gets hard. Perservere.

I have a question in regards to a person leading up to death. 

I take care of a 79 year old male with congestive heart failure, diabetes, high blood pressure, anemia, and the list goes on.  He has a pace maker and mechanical heart valve, takes 32 pills a day, and goes in to the hospital for transfusions every 2 months.

How can you tell through blood tests when someone will die?

My name is Alan Moravetz. I work for one of the largest companies in the world. I drive tractor trailer for U.P.S. ( They have GPS tracking capabilites of all their vehicles & packages ). I've been with the Co. for 28 yrs.I recieved my sport pilots license last yr.,which enables me to fly with more than 1 person.The reason I'm telling you this is because I want you to know that my sanity is intacted, and I'm sure you know that i would not be able to drive one of the largest piece of machinery on the road or fly an aircrft if i was mentally unstable.
I have been seriously violated in the worst imaginable way that you could think of and I have evidence to back my words up.
This has to do with and is against... U.P.S.,the teamsters union(which i'm sure you know is mofia),Pres. Bush,homeland security(Tom Ridge at the time),all branchs of the government,military,pentagon,CIA,attorney generals office,DEP,several doctors(gastrologist, , therasic surgeon and family practice)and several hospitals,pharmaceutical Co's, F.B.I. , local and state police.
It would take me forever to type everything that i need to say to you. I need to talk to you immediately and to show you the evidence that i have. This evidence will take down all of the above businesses and put a lot of people in jail and at least 1 will get the death sentence.
I'm going to leave you with my address and phone # , but i need to worn you that the government has me under heavy servaillance and is monitoring everything that i do because of what i have against them. They disconnect me from phone calls and the internet when i try to recieve help.

I made copies of the disc (evidence). They broke into my home and destroyed 4 out of 5 of the discs, the 5th disc was with me and will always be 24-7. I since then made more copies.

Their trying to scrap up any kind of dirt on me that they can so it will make them look good if this ever gets to court. Like i said before, I'm followed 24-7 where ever i go. If theres security there, they'll inform them to survaillance me upon my arrival. When I'm on the road the local and state police are aware of my presence. U.P.S. is even paying private people to follow me along with management & employees.This is not only when I'm at work, but when I'm off on the weekends, even when I'm on vacation in a different state. U.P.S. has as much to lose as the government, so their working together.
The government has given certain people and businesses emmunity so they can get away with what they have done and are still doing to me. I've been poisoned so many times and in & out of hospitals and doctors offices since 2003. I'm always put on antibiotics for internal infections because of what they put in my food & water. This is taking a major toll on my body. I may have cancer.The hospitals are falsifying alot of my records.

If you gave all of the people that i mentioned earlier a lie detector test, I garantee you 100% that they will fail.
This is very serious and my life is in danger, it has been for several yrs.. I feel like a fugitive. I have to watch my back everyday everywhere i go.
I have names of a lot of people that are involved in this.
I have a signed letter fom a psycologist & psyciatrist stating that i am perfectly normal. I will explain why i had that done ,hopefully when i see you.
The government never thought that i would find out about what they have done to me. Now that they know that i have serious evidence against them, their doing everything they can to make themselves look like the good guy and making sure i look like the mentally unstable bad guy.
It's me against the government, UPS, the mofia and everyone else i mentioned early...........Who do you thinks going to win....they have everything,money, power,connections,technology.....I have nothing, I am only 1 person with no one on my side, thanks to them ,they've turned everyone against me.
Because of what they have done to me, my life expectancy will never reach the goal i had once set for myself. My liver,kidneys,heart & nose bleeds remind me of that everyday.

This is more than just skin deep for me .A gastologist implanted this chip inside my left lung thru a procedure called an EGD. I was put to sleep against my will. I didn't know anything about what they did til about 7 months later when i started to cough up blood.Went to Hershey medical center where they gave me a CT scan of my lungs.There was 1 in my lower left lung. A couple of years later a thorasic surgeon did something to me involving another implant without me knoing about it.

PLEASE HELP BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE

I recently watched an episode where a man was found hanging on a fence by his pants, the man was an alcoholic and had been in the hospital previously with low sodium. What was the term used to describe the base of the brain and the effect the sodium treatment had on him?

i need answers,my baby brother died march 1st and was said to hang himself in the garage with a extension cord with a the ladder one inch from him,his wife saw him jerking but did not knock over the ladder,my mom saw him dead at hospital and said he had two red marks on his forehead,could this be from a stun gun?my question is,can you find out thru toxic report if he was hit with a stun gun?there was no internal exam done,he is now creamated.please help me find closure.i feel in my heart it was no accident!
