Drink!

I should've learned my lesson when I had kidney troubles a few years ago. I STILL don't drink enough water, and I'm convinced that's partly to blame for the headache I've had all afternoon.

I'm sloshing about like a good'un now, and with the help of a couple of painkillers, the headache is subsiding...
