Each Mache Greens?

We tried them tonight for the first time. They look like spinach but have a much more subtle flavor. The packaging describes it as "nutty". I made a salad with mache, orange segments, gorgonzola cheese and pecans. Dressing was a pomegranate vinaigrette.
