My favorite turkey to memory was abut 4 years ago. We got are hands juiced in Mayo and massaged it into an 18 pounder. After 4 hours on 425 degrees it had a perfect brown glaze, made a nice gravy, and kept the Turkey Moist. We were more thankful it looked much different on the way out. The sloppy soapy wings had crisped. The drippy thighs were now firm and robust. The Stuffing... Like meaty cookie dough. Can't wait until Christmas. We're roasting Swine Flu Believers.
