Eating One Meal a Day to Lose Weight - it works!!!
I was overweight by 4 stone, 25 kilos and poisoning myself with too much food. As soon as I had eaten something I was hungry again.
I had tried lots of different diets but none of them had worked for me so in desperation I started using lose weight hypnosis videos and then tried a 24 hour fast 4 weeks ago and did this one day a week, I felt so much better for it that I started eating one meal a day, one meal every 24 hours (Intermittant fasting). After a week of this I had lost 12lbs and had so much more energy. After 2 weeks I have lost 1.5 stone, 21lbs, 9.5 kilograms.
I picked a certain time, in my case I found 9pm to be the best, and ate as much as I wanted at 9pm every day.
My craving for food which had been the after effects of giving up smoking three years ago also became less as my body got used to eating less food.
My eyesight became clearer and I could now see without any fuzziness as far as the eye can see, before the diet it was hazy in the distance.
I just eat what I normally eat but just once a day, no snacks and no cheating. I eat until I am full but now find I am leaving some on my plate as my hunger is diminishing.
Before starting the diet I consulted with my nurse and had a full medical checkup, I recomend you do this as this diet may not be healthy for people with medical conditions.
I read the information on the questions pages of the paleohacks.com website and I gradually excepted that this diet of eating just one meal a day with plenty of fluids, water and herbal tea was doing my body good.
