Evenflo Recalls Baby Toy in Canada and U.S.

Evenflo in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, is recalling a baby toy called Cake Toy on 1-2-3 Tea for Me. Full description follows.

This recall involves the cake toy on 1-2-3 Tea for MeTM ExerSaucers® by Evenflo®. The ExerSaucer® is a stationary activity centre that has toys resembling tea party items, including a plastic cake with plastic lit candles.

The recalled cake toy is a two tier cake that is light blue, dark pink, and yellow. The cake toys are found on ExerSaucers® with model number 6161834 (with UPC 032884150625) or model number 6161920 (with UPC 032884150625). The model number is printed on a label on the underside of the ExerSaucer®.

Hazard: There is a toy flame on the cake toy which may detach, posing a choking hazard.
