There are a few websites that update and list the ongoing recalls by the FDA for foods that have been found to be harmful.
The Food and Drug Administration website lists all recalls, withdrawals and alerts within the last 60 days; the latest being an FDA peanut butter warning, for products that contain tainted peanut butter and peanut pasts.
This recalls website also list the latest products and has safety alerts for all FDA products.

And now, ice cream with peanut butter is being recalled...I had a biology professor tell me 25 years ago that because of the way corporate farms and large companies are taking over food production, that "in the future, more people over a larger area will be affected by illnesses, instead of when something bad happens on one small farm or area processor in relation to food contamination."
He was right...everything he said was going to happen in relation to people all over the country getting sick because of large companies making products and distributing them all over the country, instead of small area producers supplying food....is happening...I never forgot his warnings to us...

I have posted updates received today in my post, "Some Peanut Products Are Poison."
The products are also being recalled in Canada, Korea, and Haiti.
And also more products are being recalled.
My friend was sick for weeks. My sister, who is an M.D. said his symptoms were typical of Salmonella. There are probably many people who got sick and it was never reported.
