The New Years baby of 2009, the first one born in this new year was in Livingston New Jersey, and seems to have claimed the title by one precious minute.
Edgar Rafael Moreno was born at one second past midnight, says spokeswoman Sally Malech.
He's the first child of Edgar and Miris Moreno of West Caldwell.
