Fitness Troops: Recruits Ready to Finish Tour of Duty

Members of the March Tour of Duty for the Fitness Troops LLC FT Boot Camp are readying to complete six weeks of sweat-intensive workouts. They put in the work and carefully monitoring their diets as well.
When asked about his experience, Daniel S. had this to say: "This boot camp definitely is major "Kick Ass." I've never felt better about my self since I started boot camp. It's fun and very motivating. It's really given me more energy. Thank you."
Recruits went through a daily regimen of exercise such as:
- Running
- Sprinting
- Ladder, cone and hurdle obstacle drills
- Plyometrics
- Partner exercises
- Weight training
Nearly all recruits are returning for another six weeks. They'll be a great help to them many newcomers starting up first thing in April.
