An alert has been posted on the Healthy Canadians website stating that some ground beef sold by the Real Canadian Supestore in Kelowna may have glass particles in it.  If you bought Lean Ground Beef Club Pack ground beef in 2.5 kg trays with a Best Before date of February 12/09 you should return it to the store for a refund.  These packs have a label reading Westfair Foods, Calgary Alberta.
