My sourdough starter is quite tangy these days. I'm surprised I've kept it alive this long, to be honest.
This recipe has become my stand-by for a weekly bread.
1/4 cup sourdough starter, room temp
3 medium eggs
1 cup raw milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups semolina
1 cup potato flour
2 teaspoons salt
Nice crust, soft texture. Makes one loaf plus 6 hamburger or hotdog rolls.
