Gardasil Complications May be Killing 16-year Old Gabi Swank

Gabi Swank, a 16-year old Kansas teen claims that complications from having received the Gardasil human pappilomavirus (HPV) vaccine are killing her, and her doctor agrees.
Diagnosed with the terminal disease cerebral vasculatis after she was given the controversial Gardasil injection Swank wants to share her story to compel lawmakers to ban the vaccine.
Gabi Swank, a 16-year-old from Wichita, Kansas, says she and other girls are dying from the side-effects of the drug. Once a cheerleader with a 4.0 grade point average, she is now homebound, suffering from seizures, migraines and even two small strokes.Swank’s doctors diagnosed her with cerebral vasculatis, a terminal disease. And he blames Gardasil complications.
Now, Swank and her mother are on a mission.
“She looked at me with the most somber face and she said, ‘If I have to die to save other girls, then I am prepared to do that’,” said Gabi’s mother, Shannon Schrag.
“I want this drug off the market,” said Gabi.

Once a happy and health teen, Gabi Swank has been plagued with extreme fatigue, headaches and loss of coordination. Swank expects to die from her disease wants Gardasil to be banned in order to spare other young girls a similar fate.
Cerebral vasculitis or central nervous system vasculitis (sometimes the word angiitis is used instead of "vasculitis") is vasculitis (inflammation of the blood vessel wall) involving the brain and occasionally the spinal cord. It may produce a wide range of neurological symptoms, such as headache, difficulty moving or coordinating part of the body, changes in sensation, and alterations in perception, thought or behaviour, as well as the phenomena of a mass lesion in the brain leading to coma and herniation. Some of its symptoms may resemble multiple sclerosis.[1] 10% have associated cerebral hemorrhage.[2]
The makers of Gardasil deny claims by Swank and her doctor that Gardasil induced her case of cerebral vasculatis, a condition that is extremely rare and not well understood. The company says the treatment is totally safe and hopes to start administering the vaccine to boys in the near future.

Agreed with. What wrong with medicine in the whole world? There always have a big problem with medicine, drugs, and health insurance. I hope the world will be change to be good on medicine.

We are hearing so many horror stories of these young healthy girls being affected by this powerful drug. It is proven to be a money maker and a killer. I would not want to purposely expose my daughter to that! It is not even proven it works! I understand the importance of vaccines but not this one at this time. There are so many types of cancers will they make us vaccinate for all of them ridiculous!
I have had women close to me get sick from cancer and it certainly is terrible but to purposely cut short a young girls life for something they don't even know she will get is wrong. Did you hear about the 10 year old with breast cancer in California??? I wonder if she received Gardisil... I pray for these families who love their children and only want to help them.

I think Gardasil should be taken off of the market and it should NOT BE MANDATORY for anybody to take it. If ONE girl dies because of it; it should go.
Nobody knows who it will kill. It's taking a chance and hope you aren't the one who dies.
I have never heard it said on a commercial that it could kill someone. THEY DON'T MENTION DYING.

Very shocking. I honestly think that it should be taken off the market, before it hurts and kills more people. Vaccines are meant to save, not to kill. My heart goes out to the victims and their families. I pray that this stops now.

yeah, There are certain risks associated with every vaccine. However, statistically the risk of dying from cervical cancer that hpv infection causes exceeds the risk of getting sick from the vaccine.

I would rather choose the risk of cervical cancer LATER in life than suffering injuries or even death NOW in the younger years. It is not a cancer vaccine , it is an HPV vaccine which covers only 4 strains of over 100. And may even wear off in 4 or 5 years.
These are kids that are killed and damaged. Some damaged for life.
How can the risk be worth it ? They still need yearly pap smears and if caught early, cervical cancer is very treatable.
Besides this vaccine might cause sterility. Plus it wasn't even tested to see if it will cause cancer. Yes, you can read it yourself in the vaccine information paper . Several girls already developed cancer after the Gardasil Vaccination.

I hope that this story will reach lawmakers and compel them into banning the vaccine before it hurts more people and put their lives at risk. Medications are intended to save lives, not to shorten them. :(

If someone can get the message to Gabi's parents that hyperbaric oxygen therapy will restore her health please do so. Research youtube with the words Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and you will find proof. Many have successfully treated the harm that vaccines do by eliminating an extremely deadly form of mercury. Yes they contain ethyl mercury which is 1000 times more dangerous than mercury. To hid this fact they call it Thimersal. Deception by the makers of deadly vaccines.

All medicine is about tradeoff between help and harm, but vaccination takes it one step farther by implying that statistical reduction in harm to a population justifies specific harm to an individual. Like all things, this should be an individual choice, and the people need an option other than the AMA/FDA regulatory monopoly to get their care from.

Over fifty thousand people a year die in automobile accidents. Let's take cars off the road! I have a friend with a severe peanut allergy. Let's take all peanut products off the market! Bicycle accidents kill teens! Pools cause drownings! Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!
The bottom line is that the rewards of vaccination, any vaccination, far outweigh the risk. There is NO CORRELATION between cerebral vasculitis and Gardasil! Cerebral vasculitis is a very poorly understood illness. Quit watching Oprah and grow up, everyone!
I wish the young lady all the best and, hopefully, a successful reversal to her illness. But stop the Oprah blame game, folks!

I also have inflammation in my brain from mercury. One treatment that Integrative doctors use for this in glutathione IV's. The glutathione should not be powdered and reconstituted with water. wellnesspharmacy.com in Alabama sells the correct form of the glutathione for doctors to use.
You will not get these types of treatments from regular doctors. You can find doctors belonging to acam.org, and aaem.com, and abcmt.org who do this type of treatments.
Since gardasil has twice the amount of aluminum that other vaccines have, the doctor may try to do a detox program for aluminum, though Dr. Russell Blaylock says it is very hard to remove aluminum from the brain.
Dr. Blaylock is a neurosurgeon who talks about the overstimulation of the brain with vaccines. russellblaylockmd.com. He has products on his web site that would be excellent for brain inflammation. People with neurological diseases need 2000 mg a day of DHA, which he sells on his site. DHA is one of the components of fish oil. Don't try to get by with cheap supplements.
I just heard him speak in Chicago at the Health Freedom Expo in June of 2009.
You can subscribe to his newsletters which are excellent. He tells how to eat, what food additives to avoid that cause the brain to be excited with chemicals. Avoid all MSG, aspartame, fluoride in drinking water and toothpaste. Avoid all mercury dental fillings. You really need to subscribe to his newsletters to understand all these principles. Moms need to cook with non inflammatory oils. Extra virgin olive oil cuts down on inflammation. Avoid all transfats and other cooking oils. Avoid margarine and spreads. Use real butter instead in moderate amounts.
