More naturey goodness...
It's official. I'm a huge fan of fresh milk. Sure, it takes a lot more work, but there's something satisfying about skimming off the cream after it separates...shaking it up and watching the butter form - white with just a hint of yellow. And don't get me started on how scrumptious my buttermilk blueberry pancakes and peach ice cream are.
And the eggs? They aren't your fragile, pasty, grocery eggs. These eggs have substance. You could drive a herd of bull elephants over them and they'd barely register a crack. (I only slightly exaggerate). It takes muscle to make scrambled eggs out of these babies. I try not to think about what the chickens must be eating...
