Hazardous Baby Products Recalled

Two baby products have a recall order in Canada.
1. Bugaboo Bee Strollers Description follows.
This recall involves Bugaboo® "Bee" strollers, which were sold in blue, dark khaki, pink, red, yellow, and black options. The recalled strollers have the words "bugaboo® bee" printed on the left side of the seat. The strollers also have item code 51100, which can be found on the plastic support under the seat.
Hazard Identified: The brakes on the stroller may fail and allow the stroller to unexpectedly roll away. Bugaboo has received over 100 reports of brake failure. To date no injuries have been reported.
Fix: Stop using the stroller and contact Bugaboo for a free repair kit.

2. Safety 1st and Eddie Bauer Play Yards. Description follows.
Safety 1st Play Safe Play Yard: model numbers beginning with 05536C. This portable playpen was sold with a bassinet attachment, change station, storage area, and mobile.
Safety 1st Dream Magic or Deluxe Play Yard: model numbers beginning with 05049C. This playpen was sold with a bassinet attachment, change station, storage area, and mobile.
Eddie Bauer Complete Care Play Yard: model numbers beginning with 05088C. This portable playpen was sold with a bassinet attachment, change station, and mobile.
Hazard: The baby may suffocate if left unattended because as the child's weight presses down, the angles become steeper. One reported death has occurred.
Fix: Stop using this product and contact Dorel Distribution for a free kit to fix the problem.

We should maybe have a section on NP with all the post on hazardous products, since that may come in handy for some.
