Yes, quite literally, hold on to the memories you have because at any stage you could lose them.  By that I mean there is an abundance of things that can cause you to lose your precious memories and for the majority of them, there is no fighting back, however when it comes to aging and the slow memory recession - You can fight back

Memories - Priceless

What price for that first smile on your first born's face or for the first super size icecream you ever encountered?

Oh for the days of our youth!

Gimme More

Everyday people would naturally love to have a superior memory, although it  is it's not that simple. Building a better system of accurate memorization requires us  to understand a collection of memory exercises that will help us to make our  focal memorization greater and sharper.
One of the best things we should do for our cognizance is to exercise the brain with frequent exercises that help span the capabilities of our brain and also work to make us think harder for longer.

Why Bother?

There are a lot of well known and excellent rewards from having what is construed as a good mind, such as being able to simply extract names, memorize key notes and recollect stats at will.

It's an ability you would not want to go on with out, though we know age is seen as the major opponent of our memory, but we should fight back with our own intense focus to counter this nemesis.

Dormant = Death

The "remember it or forget it" sentiment applies so tidily to your capability to recite your past  that it has to avail to you a clear example of why you must train your brain power in the present day  in order to try and deter the memory loss that may occur later on in life.

Take a look at elderly individuals.  They miss a lot of their cerebral functions with age, however you may find the people who spent their lives using their mental side, maintain control over their mental abilities a lot longer than others who ceased using their minds a while ago.

Possessing a really excellent, healthy,  functioning memory is imperative, just as your normal well being is as well, but by making your body healthy and "pertinent" (I had to say it), you may actually help to guard your brain cells and ensure that your mind  has a great cerebral health as well.

Create a balance between your body's well being and your cerebral  health and it may have a harmonious effect on your whole well being.

Exercises I Do To Keep My Memory Safe And Intact

Get Eight Hours Per Night

Exercise Regularly

Read Novels

Eat Fresh Food

Do Math Equations

The secret is to keep rejuvenated and never let your mind decay or go to waste.  The greater the work you do to deter that overwhelming psychological decay, the longer you will have a functioning cognizance for.

Most people can have a superior memory, adeptness or cerebral acuteness, they just need to be the kinda  folk who don't want to live without it.
