From my lighting class at Langara. We did this with two softboxes- one on each side (placed a little behind the bottle). Dark orange gels on all strobes. And a strobe behind/below the bottle, shining up to illuminate the smoke. The smoke was made by burning a lot of incense. And I put two white reflectors right in front of the bottle to bounce some light on the front.

Photoshop was just curves to make it more black and a bit of orange saturation.
