I recently read an article published in http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/151351.php and in that article i found to my amusement that opposites attracts!!. What a surprised, i was shocked when i found out about it, Thank God someone is giving money for studies like this one.

I know that this might sound like a joke at first but we are talking about a very serious subject, this study was made in Brazil  and like in Brazil there are millions of dollars being spend in studies and research to proved nothing at the end of them. It is Up to us to Demand the studies and the research that will help improve the quality of life of millions of people around the world.

Here i submit a list of studies and research grants provided to some "scientists"  to provide us with enlightenment at the en of them.

Study finds: People who exercise are less fat than people who sit on the couch all day eating chips and watching Oprah (University of Michigan)

Study finds: Young children are a little frightened by clowns (British University of Sheffield)

Study finds: Smoking not so good for you (University of Waterloo)

Study finds: Young people who work in bars surrounded by alcohol tend to imbibe a bit much (George Washington University)

Study finds: People put on more clothes when it’s cold (the journal Current Anthropology)

Study finds: Teenaged drivers less careful than seniors (University of Windsor)

Are we really ok with this "studies" do we really need to spend millions of dollars to have someone telling us what we already know or suspect. What about Stem cells research? or HIV studies, or cancer research, you know, research that might actually help us to save lives?.

Are we ready to have a headline in the near future that says "Studies have shown that we rather not spend any money in our own salvation"

All 5 stars for this wonderful post. Rightly said, we need to move ahead and do some worthwhile research work.
