The federal government has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Pfizer, which now owns Wyeth, maker of the SSNRI drug called Effexor. The claim is that Pfizer/Wyeth made millions through monopolistic practices and lies.

And, yes, this was the plot of The Fugitive... but, in real life, the drug in question is already on the market.
