This photograph is from a restaurant in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The green bottles caught my eye because, of the way they had them. Filled and ready to use, all you had to do was ask for it. They give you this for your salads and also, they served this yogurt like cream with pita bread. You mixed with the olive oil, spices and any other goods such as avocados, cilantro, etc.
