Melatonin rises when one sleeps and is an internal anti-oxident thus helping reduce aging of cells.  This research builds on past work done in Portland,OR,  Austin, TX, and Univesity of Alaska.

Wow, that's a good bit of information. Anyway, researches about sleep and its benefits to aging will go a long way I guess, given the very complex engineering of man's internal physical body.

But wait, is this info had anything to say about the posted article? Yes of course, but maybe having someone drive you will not be an excuse when you are drunk or just out clubbing. Haha!
