Indiana Parents sent 4-Years old out shopping at 1:30am

Indianapolis Police said that a 4-years boy is safe, though for a time there were severe questions about that when officers found him wondering around Marsh' s parking lot at 1:30 am in front of the apartment where his parents live. Officers believed the parent sent him out alone to pick something at grocery store. Charges have been file and the Department of Child Services has been contacted.
