Stunned!???

Yeah, that's the same reaction that I had on my face when I read the news! This statement is not my opinion neither it is a foolproof statement. It is a conclusion based on a survey that was conducted. Keep in mind that this survey was carried out only on women so one should not generalize it for males.

Sometime back a survey said that intelligence ruins the sexual lives but then this survey says that women with higher levels or above average levels of emotional intelligence appear to experience greater sexual satisfaction, according to research.

A total of 2,035 female volunteers, ranging in age from 18 to 83, from the TwinsUK registry were recruited for this survey.

The results of the study appear today in The Journal of Sexual Medicine.

"Smarter" women have more fun in bed than the average girl, scientists revealed.

The findings suggest a low EI — the ability to manage feelings — could be linked to common sexual problems.

In the study, three out of ten women had trouble reaching a climax.

Women in the bottom 25 percent of the EI range had twice the normal risk of infrequent orgasm. Experts hope the findings could improve sex therapies.

“EI seems to have a direct impact on women’s sexual functioning by influencing her ability to communicate her sexual expectations and desires,” said Andrea Burri, the study’s co-author who is from King’s College London.

So all the ladies out there.... get your Grey matter do all the work... at least the survey says so....

Interesting - I suppose I can see the link between the two.

Sounds like common sense to me.  People with higher emotional intelligence are more successful in their careers as well.

I remain skeptical.
