It Ain't Chocolate

This is a Hershey's product that contains no chocolate. They were train candy for me when I was a kid. I kept a box in my pocket for the day. They disappeared for years, and when they were brought back in 2007 there were a few new colors and the flavors in the centers matched the outside candy coating.

Does somebody have a name for these?
