Was he still there at the time of the big air pollution lawsuit which resulted in MAQIP settlement for the Air pollution injuries to the health of Oakland residents?
The California Air Resources Board “CARB” estimated that the port activities constituted 2400 premature deaths and 1 million school absences every year and many thousands of hospital admissions, missed work days and missed days of school. Are you aware of any comparable estimates of deaths, missed school and work days in Florida due to port related activities?
