Jessica Simpson apparently spent the weekend at Medicine Buddha Teahouse and Healing Center in San Francisco and tweeted about her experience, making it clear that she was not trying to find a quick fix weight loss diet but rather was focusing on wellness by trying the Total Vitality program advocated by Buddhist natural healer, Master Wang.
A website promoting the Total Vitality diet and wellness programs says it is based on ancient Chinese medicine and natural practices with certain guiding principals including; hydration, Alkalinity, vegan plant based diet, purifying herbal energy restorative pu-reh teas, Tai Chi, massage and cupping.
