I took this photo while making Kefir from Raw Milk. Kefir made from Raw Cows Milk is very healthy for your body. It replaces and introduces healthy bacteria to the gut that has been destroyed by Antibiotic use, or other not-so-good eating habits which most American's have from time to time!
I highly recommend anyone interested to research and find a good Raw Milk source. There are many sites on the internet that will help you to find a local producer.
My family loves Raw Milk and are now spoiled to its taste!

Oh, give me Kefir or Buttermilk any time of the day. I used to drink a lot after we churn the butter. I still make buttermilk at home when I am in mood for. I use raw milk and some yogurt with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, stir well and leave uncovered overnight on the counter (I like to cover with cheese cloth over the pot). In the morning is good to drink.
I like mine cold from the fridge, but that depend on the taste.
