The settlement also includes allegations that Bristol-Myers Squibb overpriced various drugs and made illegal payments to doctors to promote the sale of some drugs

I am glad the Rep. Baldasaro is taking a stand on this issue. He is not only saving taxpayers money but the lives of the children who are needlessly put on antipsychotic drugs !
