a letter to Russell and Mariko

Mariko sent me a beautiful letter just last night about 'how i saved' her (she wants to study wolves and i simply encouraged her about it in my ways)..
her future advisor called her about the topic and she was very happy..
what she conveniently forgets is: she saved me by Listening to me - as you saved me by Caring :)
i think ppl who share true love on this planet, in effect, save each other with love :)
i think any time you share Care / true love with anyone, you save them and yourself at the same time..
..
my mom is having me read this book about The Return of the Prodigal Son but.. he's so focused on 'God's love', he misses true love between humans
which to me is EXACTLY the same thing as God's love..
he keeps saying you must find God's forgiveness and love 'from above' (and within) but.. what about between ppl?
is that a 'source' of God's love?
to me, most certainly, it is.
the author is deceased so i cannot write to him but.. i would write to him if i could..
i have not finished the book yet so maybe he gets into true love between humans later but.. so far, not yet.
..
anyways, i believe we 'save' each other when we share true love between us like: Listening, Caring, Helping, and Believing :)
when we Listen, or when we Care, or when we Help, or when we Believe in each other, we not only save the other person, we save ourselves.
