An 18 year old Indonesian teen Gusti Ngurah Alit, most likely with a beef fetish, took beef strokenanoff literally in this small Bali village.  Certainly one has to be pretty far down the food chain to seek a life partner in a pasture, notwithstanding to accuse a farm animal of taking advantage of him.

The ironic twist being after raping the cow and when caught in the act accuses the cow of seduction, the Bali Chieftan has the cow drowned in the resort seaside.  

Hinduism is Bali's main religion, with an adherence that cows are sacred and not to be harmed.  

Certainly makes one wonder why the person who committed the crime was not taken out to sea instead? 

I am sure the tourists who frequent Bali may convert to vegetarianism.
