Marijuana Legalization Bills Introduced

On March 23rd 2009, NORML reported on their blog that "A pair of bills — House Bill 2929 Senate Bill 1801 — seeking to “tax and regulate the cannabis industry” have just been introduced in the Massachusetts legislature."

These bills are set to tax and regulate the cannabis industry. This means that if the bill's are passed the production and cultivation of marijuana for any adult over the age of 21. Similarly to the law with alchol, anyone over the age of 21 in the United States would be able to enter a store and purchase marijuana. This purchase would be taxed and revenue would be sent right to the government. This bill also states that personal use and non-profit sale of marijuana would not be subject to taxation under the law.

The swine flu is here, and it's causing a panic. Granted, the swine flu shouldn't because it's an incredibly mild strain of the normal flu – it isn't a flyweight in comparison. However, it would be worth at least a cash advance to get some health tips on how to avoid the flu, this or any other. The biggest tip is to wash your hands – it can't be overstated, and carrying a bottle of hand sanitizer will do. Many a pandemic could have been avoided with a little hygiene, and maybe a payday loan for some meds.
