Hi, I am setting up a meals on wheels deliveries round in London. Does anybody have any advice on what is the best way to heat the food and what are good sources of pre cooked food that I could heat in domestic type ovens.Thx!

For pre cooked food a lot of people in southern England use a company called Anglia Crown, they are in either Essex or Suffolk. For the Insulated delivery boxes there is a good website  www.thermo-box.co.uk it has a good selection of food transport boxes and lots of info about transporting hot and cold food. If you have any questions do ask me.
