Yes, I bought this wine because of the name. Naming is a very important part of any marketing campaign. And, actually, it's not a bad wine at all. I mean, it's no Red Truck, but it's cheeky!
Now, I'm not a wine expert, but let's see if I can do this in wine language...
It has good color, a nice, deep, dark, even red. In spite of sitting on my shelf for a bit, thankfully in the dark, it has a clean, fruity boquete edging on the sharp. The tannins are a little strong, but it still has a fine, sweet flavor that goes well with red sauce, which is what I made for dinner tonight.
Their site describes it as "jam"-like and that's a fair description.
