More news on Green Tea
Ah there is news on green tea and I am personally very excited to hear it, as I drink a lot of it, and not because it's good for me, because frankly speaking, all that goodness doesn't even make it to where it's needed by our bodies or so said researchers. I drink it b/c I love the taste (though low & behold oddly enough there are times when I feel it tastes like fish, oh yes, fish you ask, :) oh yes exactly that... fish yuck eh?
SoOooo I think the recent news on how to improve green teas goodness is excellent news for me, now why didn't I think of it, I mean it works marvellously for me when I have fish: I simply add lemon to cut the umm fishy ~ ness if you will so next time it's lemon or orange for me.
