Morgellons; Natural Therapy To Control the Symptoms

 I write this because when I first came down with this insideous disease I had no help from the medical community, the opposite, they almost drove me crazy. On the web it was so confusing, all kinds of wild theories why and I must say, some pretty bizzare treatments suggested.

 Having gone through the worst of it and having returned to a somewhat normal existence, I felt I had to share what helped me improve. I started a blog a few years ago and have a facebook group and joined "Morgellons Sanctum". It helped to know I wasn't alone.

Morgellons strikes hard and fast. It affects everything, circulation, nerve endings, muscles, tendons, bones, organs, skin and incredible pain beyond description. It causes cognitive problems, mobility issues, sensitivity to light and noise, allergies, and a host of other maladies.

There are times many feel close to death, some commit suicide, I have counseled a few online friends through this, I know how they feel, especially when you are so ill and doctors treat you as if you are insane. Doctors have refused to analyze any material patients bring in, refused me hospitalization to observe me, pushed anti-depressants and was told my only option was to admit myself in a mental ward.

 My dentist is who got me out of my rut. He said if doctors don't know, they cut you or give you pills. He stripped my old amagalm fillings and put me on a natural chelation therapy called"The Klinghardt Protocol". He said you are full of heavy metals, bacteria and fungus. After one treatment of this therapy I noticed a remarkable difference.

 I now eat organic produce and stay away from processed food whenever possible. I researched and use herbs and spices that have healing properties. Black bean chili is a mainstay for my health.

 My doctor did prescribe "medical marijuana" after conventional drugs proved hazardous to my system and it helps the pain.

My advice, if a doctor treats you like your crazy, LEAVE! You won't convince them, you'll only frustrate and stress yourself. Something that aggravates this condition the most.
