glistening ink cap - coprinus micaceus - best guess
The mushroom is smaller and more fragile than the Common Ink Caps, and has shiny specks on the top, which look like flakes of mica. The thin, white, slender, stem is sometimes encircled with a black ring, it is hollow and fragile. It grows in tufts in woods, on rotting wood. It is not edible.
