Trying to lose weight can be an overwhelming process. A lot of the trending diets right now insist that carbs are the true culprits of weight gain, and thus demand that you “cut the carbs” to cut the weight.
Unfortunately, there’s no weight loss quick fix. When trying to eat to lose weight, the diet portion is not about starving yourself or eliminating entire food groups. Carbohydrates are often thought to be evil. Therefore, many people ditch carbs altogether and end up having an energy crash, resulting in a food binge.
