National Vegetarian Week - New Books and Naked 5 a Day

National Vegetarian Week kicked off with a naked girl this year as Juliet Johns was stripped and painted to become a nude work of art - a dish of the day with 5 a day portions of fruit and vegetables.
Once painted she posed in Tibits' restaurant window in London's trendy Heddon street opposite the Vodka Ice Bar. Luckily theice bar kept it's doors shut so the poor girl didn't get too cold in fact everyone agreed she was the hottest fruit salad they'd ever seen.
On Thursday Tibits will gather the great the good and the exquisite from the world of vegetarianism to show case a National Vegetarian Week selection of vegetarian products.
A new cookbook will be launched - The Complete Book of Vegan Cooking by Tony Bishop-Weston and a new DVD starring Rose Elliot - The thinking mans Delia Smith

I think in the interests of gender equality there should have been a man in the window as well advertising carrots and kiwis.
