Norfolk Rise wines (named after the 100 Norfolk Island pines planted on the highest point of their vineyard) perked my interest a few weeks back when I sipped on their Pinot Grigio on a Sunday afternoon in the garden with some fine procuitto n' crusty bread and a gentle breeze.
