Normal In Delaware!!!

What is normal? What or who determines what we should consider as being normal?

My reasons for enquiring concerning normal are due to my noticing behavior which greatly deviates from what should be considered normal.

Examples:

1.       people hearing things that under normal conditions they should not be able to hear

2.       people seeing visual images that under normal conditions they should not be able to see

3.       people acting in a manner which is totally out of character for themselves

4.       people allowing things to occur that they normally would not allow

5.       people accepting wrong and acting as if it was right

Have people become changed to the point where they now accept what they know is not right and view it as being acceptable?

If so, why has this sudden and dramatic departure from what was not normal, become the new accepted norm?

Case in point is the fact that for years here in Delaware people have heard a disembodied voice speaking to them telling them things detrimental concerning me and others while also hearing my music and some of my conversations.

Local television (WHYY and cable channel 28) has been able to hear me during their live broadcasts and they accepted it as normal and did not complain to the FCC which would have been the normal thing to do or to at least make others aware of the phenomenon.

Why have the citizens of Delaware departed from the norm and accepted the abnormal as being the new standard?

You can hear what you should not be able to and that is due to the microwave hearing effect which has altered your normal hearing enabling you to hear at a frequency which is not normal.

This has all come about since the state of Delaware allowed its Department of Corrections to activate what they at that time were referring to as the Inmate Computerized Tracking System.

Since it’s  activation there have been many occurrences that are far from normal yet the citizens of this state have refused to step up and hold those responsible accountable for their actions.

The late William Cooper who was a retired naval intelligence officer said (in part) in his introduction to the silent weapon for the quiet war:

“The public cannot comprehend this weapon, and therefore cannot believe that they are being attacked and subdued by a weapon.

When a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts/adapts to its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too great and they crack up”.

None of our elected officials here in Delaware would launch an investigation into my allegations and their actions or lack of only gave the agents of the state a freehand to do as they pleased to whomever they pleased which resulted in the loss and the destruction of lives.

My ability to project visual images should have made everyone curious and concerned about why they could see them, yet it was treated as if it was normal.

My gospel music being heard for miles in all directions should have made people want to know why they could hear it, but it was treated as if it was normal.

My talking from inside of a closed vehicle and being heard by others intercranially should have made everyone wonder and especially in light of my telling what and who were responsible, yet it was considered to be normal and ignored.

What has and is occurring here in Delaware is not normal in any sense of the word nor is it acceptable or legal, yet it is allowed.

This system was activated in 1997, and we are now into the administration of our third different governor and he has not viewed any of what is occurring as being other than normal which is distressing to say the least.

The class of weapon that was unleashed on the state of Delaware has the ability to invade a person’s privacy without their knowledge, to inflict pain and suffering that is torture in every sense of the word, to slow kill or soft kill as some have said, to unduly influence a person’s normal thought process and to destroy an individuals life and make it a living hell without anyone else being aware of what is happening.

These classes of weapons are being used globally on human beings without their informed written consent which makes them involuntary, non-consensual human test subjects.

After World War II, efforts were made to ensure that the atrocities that were perpetrated against the Jewish people in the concentration camps would never happen again.

It was all to no avail because humans from almost every country on the planet have raised their voices in opposition to being subjected to torture with those in positions of power ignoring and even becoming upset about being asked to intervene.

What is all of this a prelude for? What fate awaits humanity if those in power continue to ignore the cries for help from those with no power?

Is this what we have come to be, a people who act as if we are not our brothers keeper and who think only of self caring not of our fellowman?

Have we become so mentally altered that we would prefer to turn our heads so that we can justify our actions by saying we did not see another human seeking assistance?

Have we become a people who would rather pour an incendiary liquid on a burning human instead of water to extinguish the fire?

What has this quiet weapon for this silent war altered those who do not care into becoming?

Are your thoughts your own or is someone injecting thoughts into your mind for you?

Do you experience artificial dreams?

Final Word

What is occurring here in Delaware is not like anything occurring anywhere else globally. It is as if this is ground zero because no other state or country has its entire population experiencing the effects of directed energy weapons. The first state has another distinction that makes it the first state other than for the signing of the Constitution. Think about this, we were first in the signing of the Constitution and now we are allowing that same Constitution to be treated as if it is nothing more than a relic, an idea who’s time has elapsed, a pipe dream of the founding fathers attempting to guarantee the rights and privileges of the people of the United States of America. Why did Caesar Rodney bother? If we allow this to continue when it should never have been allowed to start we should ask ourselves that. Also what is happening here is having an impact on other states as well.
