Everyone usually comes in contact with a cold or the flu during the late winter and spring. It is a yearly occurance... and you can count on it happening. Ever since I was a kid there has been this flu topic, with giving shots to us in school, to getting shots (swine flu shots) when I was in the Airforce.
Again we are confronted with this same topic, and what I can truthfully say is it is not swine flu. We get colds and coughs, and flu symptoms, and run to the doctor for IV's or over the counter medication, cough syrup, Contact, etc... What I find that causes this is eating eggs and drinking milk or dairy products..such as yogurt or cheese. In fact we have these in many foods we eat. Since I have isolated and kept eggs and milk out of my system at this time...my flu symptoms have disappeared.
Now I know when the weather gets a bit better I can go and drink some milk or have an egg, and the flu won't come back at that time.... It seems to happen only during the late winter spring periods. The moment colds, or coughs begin...just stop eating eggs and milk. This means no milk or cream in coffee, no cookies, cakes, noodles, or pastries that have eggs in them. Your flu lives on this stuff, and will go on and on...and sometimes worse.
Perhaps the flu shot disrupts the intake of the dairy products into the flu virus, and so it dies.....but why get shots when just cutting out the eggs and dairy products will nurse you back to good health? It works....give it a try.
Conscious holistic pediatricians consistently find that there is a demonstrable relationship between the consumption of cow milk and several respiratory and gastrointestinal disorders, and the musculoskeletal pain in children, especially the so-called ‘growing pains.” Group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus bacteria will not establish an infection in a child kept on an absolutely no-milk-protein dietary regimen. Streptococcal pharyngitis, or pyoderma shows up within five days after the consumption of milk protein........
Here is an interesting article about the Swine Flu as well...

Have you ever thought that living in Asia like we do the less hygene is a blessing as our imune system is boosted. When I first came to the Philippines 9 years ago, I suffered flue, fevers and tummy bugs many attacks for the first few years. Now I hardly ever have a cold and never get sick. But I have had farmers lung once or twice over the passed 6 years.
No I love my eggs and cheese, don't touch milk much or cream.

Bob I use to get terrible ear-aches all the time in the US...and coming here I have not had the problem. The problem I do get is minor bronchitis, because of the weather...meaning the moisture in the subtropic region with the cool air...gets me coughing. But when mid May arrives it gets better.
When I first got here I got sick with upset stomach and diarrhea....but the medicine here for it is very inexpensive and is not a problem... What is Farmers Lung?

Also I read today they are discontinuing the use of the word Swine in Swine Flu. They are calling it Influenza. Because this has nothing to do with pigs or pork.
