Peanut Butter Lovers’ Month
Celebrate America’s favorite sandwich filling this month by spreading some on a slice of bread or a bagel. Have it plain, with jelly, or Elvis-style, with fried bananas.
Halfway through the month, it appears as though Movember is moving along smoothly:
Movember Day 11 - Ugh! Can I Shave Yet?
The aviation industry isn't celebrating their month in the sun:
bbcscotland: The aviation industry faces a tough winter as passenger numbers fall, Scotland's main airport operator warns. http://tinyurl.com/6kdpor (expand)
Looks like the government is going to make a few thousand adoptees with finalization!
InfertilityMom: Nov is National Adoption Awareness Month. US courts will finalize thousands of adoptions on Nov. 15! http://www.NationalAdoptionDay.org
Epilepsy is a very serious condition and can be dangerous if you don't get the proper treatment. Learn about it today.

Alzheimer's is a terrible disease that has touched the lives of almost everybody, in one way or another. Unfortunately, it gets lost in this busy, busy world of ours; which is why Alzheimer's Awareness Month is such an important cause to support.
After all that, Peanut Butter Lover's Month seems very insignificant...

Paschen, peanuts are indigestible, and what we don't usually recognize is that peanut butter is also indigestible. To become digestible it must be made into peanut butter cookies.

November 20th is Universal Children's Day. And, while I am here, I'm horrified too:) -- I love peanut butter on celery and fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches (I'm an Elvis fan too:). A good jam is always good with peanut butter on anything (but white bread:). Thanks for a good story, Jason!

In a world of uncertainty Peanut Butter will keep you alive. Also not bad with strawberry Jam.
Up with peanut butter

Not even peanut butter on celery?! I'm horrified. Horrified!

Now, I am not a Peanut butter fan my self, however did any one ever look at the massive sales of peanut products and production as well as farming around the Globe? THe nutrition value of that little Peanut is not to neglect either, many Low income Families rely on this product and not always because they like the taste, but because it is high in nutrients and good for you. In West Africa the Peanut is essential to life.

I just luv my PB&J!

Creamy peanut butter on green tea bread, a simple yet fabulous fusion sandwich. I like it thickly spread, oozing from the sides onto the plate so that i would have a perfect excuse to dig my finger into the remnants, scooping the gooey stuff into my mouth in one swift motion to the chagrin of granny. Back in the days when i have no notion of calories...that is my memory of eating the perfect peanut butter...the bread is but condiment.

I love peanut butter (and chocolate chips) in my oatmeal...love peanut butter sandwiches...spoons full of peanut butter...and it's good for you! In the US, the WIC program gives a jar of peanut butter a month to each enrolled person! (WIC gives formula or milk, peanut butter {or dry beans} eggs juice and cereal to preggos and kids under 5)
Peanut butter is AWESOME! Just ask my dog...

So it extends beyond the boundaries of England then... :)

I like my peanut butter ON my peanut butter :)
One of my favorites: a big spoonful of peanut butter on hot oatmeal and honey HMMMM

Agreed Fairbanks, however so is corn and Soy if we do not prepare it properly for Corn just cooked or BBQ is the same then Peanuts or Soya beans just cooked. However as Corn Bread or Tofu all this becomes well digestible and good for you. West African do not eat peanut butter they cook with it and like your Cookies make it digestible.

Peanut Butter is yummy, but not for everyone. This soap has the lunch box cuteness of the real thing, and the peanut buttery (and jammy!) fragrance, but without the freaky allergy worries! If you live in the SF Bay Area you can come and learn how to make your own PB&J soaps. Just check out www.soapylove.com for class times!
Happy PB month!

This is Apollo, he's an 8 year old black.ab/bordercollie. Apollo loves his peanut butter! This jar kept him busy for about an hour... not much else will hold his attention for this long!

hahhaha! It does indeed! (Although I do live in England now so that might be why I hate it. I can't remember if I hated it when I lived in Ireland!)

Oh, I've had my eye on you for a while now, Jason, and I see now that I was justified! UM!
at 12:19 on November 13th, 2008
I hate the stuff too. And I'm British. What does that mean?
at 12:21 on November 13th, 2008
Well, so far the British are winning 2:1 on the hating peanut butter. That Johnny Summertown went and ruined it!
at 12:26 on November 13th, 2008
He sure did. Jam and marmalade on the other hand...
